Colorado has many amazing options for skiing and snowboarding throughout the state. There is a variety of skiing, lots of sunny days and some really amazing ski towns. Colorado is the number one destination for skiing in North America. Many resorts are close to on an another. Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone, Breckenridge and A-Basin are all very close. Route 40 pass covers Winter Park and Steamboat off of highway 40. Many of the resorts are in close proximity to other resorts Keystone and Copper are in very close proximity to Breckenridge and Beaver Creek.
